Controlled release: auditIQ is currently onboarding selected ISO auditors and early adopter organisations.
Premium auditor intelligence

Let auditIQ structure the evidence. Let auditors audit.

auditIQ helps ISO auditors turn evidence packs, audit notes and documented information into structured, clause-based draft outputs. It is designed to support professional judgement — not replace it.

Built for auditors who need structure, speed and defensibility.

auditIQ is not a generic chatbot. It is an auditor-facing workspace for preparing clause evidence, audit narrative and report-ready working material.

01

Reduces evidence overload

Large evidence sets can be difficult to hold in working memory. auditIQ helps organise relevant evidence into clause-focused packs.

02

Supports ISO clause thinking

Evidence is prepared around standard, clause and audit type context, supporting clearer audit trail and less narrative drift.

03

Keeps the auditor in control

auditIQ prepares working material. The auditor reviews, edits, accepts, rejects and remains responsible for the final audit report.

How auditIQ works.

A simple operating model for controlled audit preparation, evidence mapping and draft clause reporting.

1. Set the audit context

Enter or select the client, ISO standard, audit type, scope and clause being prepared. This context protects the quality of the output.

2. Upload evidence against the clause

Upload documents, records, auditor notes or selected evidence that genuinely supports the clause. Avoid bulk dumping unrelated material.

3. Review evidence questions

Where evidence is unclear, third-party-owned, stale, contradictory or insufficient, auditIQ may prompt the auditor for confirmation.

4. Prepare the draft clause output

auditIQ prepares structured evidence tables and draft narrative for auditor review, amendment and transfer into the relevant report process.

Responsible use is part of the product.

auditIQ is designed for competent ISO auditors, consultants and controlled internal audit users. It does not remove the need for sampling judgement, auditor scepticism, professional competence or certification-body requirements.

Core use principles

  • The human auditor remains responsible for the audit conclusion.
  • Outputs are draft working material, not automatic final reports.
  • Evidence must be reviewed before it is relied upon.
  • Assumptions and gaps must be resolved by the auditor.

Induction and evidence upload rules.

Controlled release users must follow the operating rules below before using the auditIQ portal.

Evidence upload restrictions

  • Upload only evidence relevant to the client, audit and clause being prepared.
  • Do not upload personal data unless it is necessary, proportionate and permitted for the audit.
  • Do not upload unrelated client archives, entire mailboxes or uncontrolled bulk folders.
  • Do not rely on auditIQ to decide final conformity, nonconformity or certification recommendation.

Data handling position

auditIQ is built to support controlled evidence processing and report preparation. Users should treat uploaded evidence as audit material, apply client confidentiality requirements, and export or retain final audit records in their own approved system of record.

Evidence retention

auditIQ is NOT the system of record.

At day 21, auditIQ will provide a download link containing all uploaded evidence, auditor notes, clause evidence tables and prepared narrative.

ALL evidence and output is deleted automatically on day 28.

Auditors remain responsible for retaining final audit records in their own approved system of record.

Subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. Portal activation may still require controlled onboarding during the release period.

Privacy.

auditIQ is in controlled release. Users should only upload audit evidence they are authorised to process and should avoid unnecessary personal data. A fuller privacy notice will be published as onboarding expands.

Terms.

auditIQ provides draft audit working material for professional review. The auditor remains responsible for evidence selection, audit judgement, conclusions and final report content. Full service terms will be issued during controlled onboarding.

Frequently asked questions.

Does auditIQ write the final audit report for me?

No. auditIQ prepares structured draft working material. The auditor must review, edit and approve any content before it is used in an audit report or certification-body process.

Can any auditor sign up immediately?

Not during controlled release. Access may be restricted to approved users so the platform can be monitored, improved and protected from uncontrolled use.

Which standards does auditIQ support?

auditIQ is being developed for ISO management system audits, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 42001 and ISO 50001 workflows. Available modules may vary during controlled release.

Is auditIQ suitable for integrated management systems?

Yes. auditIQ is being designed to support IMS evidence handling, while still preserving standard-specific clause logic and auditor confirmation.

What happens after I subscribe?

In v1, payment or application can trigger a controlled onboarding step. Once approved, the user can be routed to portal.auditiq.uk with the correct subscription status.
